DeVino Wine Tours – Terms & Conditions

Liability

We strive for on-time service, but delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We are not responsible for missed tours due to travel issues.

Guests who disrupt the tour (intoxication, unruly behaviour, etc.) may be asked to leave without a refund.

Payment & Cancellation

A Deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Full refund for cancellations 3 + days before the tour.
No refunds for cancellations within 3 days of the tour.

Transportation

We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other external factors.
Guests are responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

Damage & Vehicle Policy

Guests are responsible for spills or damages to the vehicle.
Clean up Fees may be charged in such incidents.

Liability Waiver

Guests participate in DeVino Wine Tours at their own risk.

While we prioritize safety and provide insured transportation, we are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents at wineries, during transportation, or while entering/exiting vehicles. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their personal well-being and belongings throughout the experience.
